Owner Dues & Assessment Fees
ORIA operates on a fiscal year starting on June 1st. Annual assessment fees for each tract are collected to provide revenue for the ORIA operating budget.
- The annual assessment fee (dues) must be paid by June 1 of every year .
- The annual assessment may not be increased by more than 10% per year without approval of a majority of the Association.
- Special assessment fees should be voter-approved.
- If an assessment is not paid within 30 days after due date, 18% interest is applied to the fee from the due date per year.
- The Bylaws Article II Section 2 states that a member in arrears of dues or assessments is not eligible to vote on matters being voted by the membership.
- The Bylaws Article III Section 2 states that a member in arrears of dues or assessments is not eligible to hold office as an officer or director of ORIA.
- All committee resolutions state that committee members shall be members in good standing of the Corporation.
