MISSION: The Long Range Planning Committee (LRPC) is concerned with anticipating future issues and needs of ORIA.  The committee may develop plans and ideas to manage what
it sees as the Association’s future problems and opportunities.

The LRPC is currently focused on two main items that are of great significance to the ranch:

OVFD LEASE

The LRPC of 2019-2020 will be tasked with implementing the lease as agreed on by the previous ORIA Board.

Contacts between ORIA and OVFD have been established and the board will be meeting, commenting and approving submittals
from OVFD to ORIA.

ROADS

The Road committee will examine potential permanent fixes for our Main Road.  We will strive to examine the costs for these permanent fixes.

Maintenance for the main and side roads will continue with an emphasis on SAFETY as well as cost and timely repairs.
